This former Baptist chapel is located right in the heart of Salcombe and has been converted into three beautifully designed houses with direct views over the harbour, estuary and East Portlemouth beaches.
The popular town centre is a few steps away with its plethora of shops, art galleries, restaurants and cafes. Salcombe is, of course, also a very popular destination for sailors.
