Watersmeet is a new house built into the cliffs of Kingswear overlooking the harbour and castle of Dartmouth. The house was featured in the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) housing journal due to its position, quality and uniqueness.
Colonsay was one of Kingswear’s last remaining colonial villas which was converted into three magnificent apartments and a large house. Whilst the exterior is traditional, the interiors are contemporary retaining many fine original features. They are set in landscaped gardens and benefit from off-street parking and a private garage.
